As a client under Exclusive Buyer Agency with Kendall Trotter, I guarantee that when you find a home you want to purchase, I will negotiate on your behalf to help you purchase this home for at least $5,000 less than the original price listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), or I will credit you $1,000 cash towards upgrades, home warranty, home inspection, washer, dryer or refrigerator at closing.

The Following Conditions Apply:
1. You must sign an Exclusive Buyer Agency agreement with Kendall Trotter.
2. The listed price of the home you purchase will be at least $250,000. 
3. This offer does not apply to my personal listings. 
5. This offer is only valid on homes currently listed through the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. This offer is not valid on new construction homes, short sales or foreclosed homes..
6. Any seller assistance towards the buyer's closing costs, down payment and\or title fees is to be applied toward the $5,000.00 guarantee.

The Bottom Line…

If I fail to negotiate a price for you of at least $5,000 below the listed price , I will credit you the $1,000 savings as outlined above at the closing of the sale of the home you purchase through me.
